How to signup
When you decide to buy you must sign up filling up the required fields: name (nome), surname (cognome), gender, age, the code AAABBB10A20A111A (fiscal code), your address (indirizzo), city (citta'), province (provincia), postal code (cap), phone number, e-mail address and the desired user ID and password. Then you have to accept the privacy informacy, in according to the DL 675/1996 (Italian law).
Important: If you want you can also place an order directly sending an e-mail to occhialedasole@occhialedasole.com or assistenza@occhialedasole.com with the name or code of the good you want to buy and your name and address.
We use the information that you provide only to respond to your requests and communicating with you , or communicate the offers we can reserve for you.
We adopt a bank to protect your credit card transaction (Banca Sella)and we never have direct access to it during the transaction.
If you are under 18, you may use shop.it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
General condition
The following terms of sale refer to the purchase of products or services on www.occhialedasole.com web site, an internet shop fully owned by Foto ottica Andreani Fabio s.n.c., situated in Tarquinia (VT).
Such sales are intended to be directed to the general public and are not intended for resalers, wholesalers or anyone who might want to sell the purchased products to third parties.
Any sale will be ruled by Italian law (ref. DLG n. 185/99).
Guarantee
www.occhialedasole.com website guarantee the originality of all the products on sale, that are accompanied by the security and quality certification (as the norm previews) and by the originality certification given by the producer. Web-site is directly concessionnaire of all the brands sold.
The guarantee is given i terms of law ( two years from the purchase), and for the assistence you can ask directly us or all other authorized dealer of the brand. All sunglasses and eyewear are sold with their original case supplied by the producer.
Payments
You can pay by credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express)directly from web-site when you order the good , or after the order by Pay-pal.
Our return policy
You can decide to give back the good within ten working days from the receiving, sending it to

The goods have to be sent integral and with all the eventual accessories, otherwise we can decide not to refund you. Freight charges have to be payed by the buyer.
The buyer must communicate the c/c number for the refund.
Shipment
The shipment for foreign countries is made by Italian Mail with registered letter, and the cost is 10€.
